Returns
All returns must be pre-authorised. Please contact us either by telephone or email or fill in the form below prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a “Return Authorisation Number” will not be issued a refund.
SHIPPING FEES: If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s) to you.
Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, and all items must be in their original packaging. Products must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a “Return Label” will be enclosed for the defective item(s) to be returned back to us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a refund, you must do so within 30 days.
All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.
Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
